Chris Haines
Chris Haines has distinguished himself in the international off-road community; in October 2016 Chris was inducted into the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame. In 2010, Chris received the highest recognition as he was inducted into the Off Road Motorsports Hall of Fame. From his experience on the professional motocross circuit as a four-time American Motocross Association Golden Wrench winner to over 40-years of riding and racing Baja, it is no secret that Chris Haines Motorcycle Adventure Company is the best in the business.
With his latest Baja 1000 victory, he has been recognized as one of the toughest competitors in the history of the race, claiming 15 Baja 1000 championships. His passion and dedication to the sport continue on his 36th year as the world’s #1 off-road tour operator.
As a testament to his accomplishments, Chris is continually recognized by both the Mexican and American Governments as an expert in all things off-road. Chris was awarded the prestigious “Amigo de Baja California” award by the Governor of Baja California and the Mexican Department of Tourism. Chris has also been recruited by the Department of Defense to support the War on Terror. He has created and leads the pre-deployment off-road training for the US Special Forces before they are stationed in the extreme terrain of Afghanistan's Operation Enduring Freedom.
